International Youth Soccer Training is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. We understand that many of the soccer players who attend our programs are children and that we have an obligation to assert extra care with the information that is provided to us. I. The Information We Collect

International Youth Soccer Training needs to collect specific information about the applicant in order to conduct our programs and to ensure we can meet any emergency. We have carefully reviewed the information we collect so as not to burden our applicants with unnecessary paperwork or to invade their privacy. We have designed our information systems and application processes to avoid asking our customers to reenter the same information on multiple forms or for each program registered. By retaining the information, we save you the inconvenience of providing it again and again.

The types of information we gather are:

  • Player Information: Name, birth date, gender, parents’ names, address, phone numbers, email addresses, club and team affiliations.
  • Program Information: Program selected, optional features, t-shirt and uniform size and how you first learned about the program.
  • Payment Information: Dates of payment, method of payment, credit card numbers and amounts paid for each program.
  • Medical Information: Physician’s name and phone number, medical insurance carrier and policy number, medical conditions, allergies, tetanus shot and medications.
  • Marketing Communications: Identification of any brochures or emails sent to your address.

II. How We Use the Information

We never share any information in our information systems with third parties.

We use the information collected only for our internal purposes to provide a quality and safe experience in attending our programs and to inform the parents of any new programs that may be of interest to them.

If you do not wish to receive mail or email from us, you may send us an email and we will adjust your Communications Preferences to your desire.

III. Children

Although most of our programs are conducted for children, we expect the purchase decision, application process and payment to be made by an adult of age of 18 or older. If you are under age 18, you must have the involvement of an adult in making application to any of our programs.

IV. Security

We are committed to protecting the security of the information you provide to us. Our web site protects the information you transmit by using a Secure Socket Layer, which encrypts the information you input. We do not include your credit card number in the confirmation email that we send to you for the program. Information in your family’s account is protected by your user ID and password. We ask that you keep these in a secure place and be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

Information retained in our information systems is protected from unauthorized access by passwords and other security features.

V. Cookies

This IYST Web site may use "cookies," which are files transferred from a Web site to a computer's hard drive. IYST does not use cookies for tracking purposes. Instead, cookies are used to help your computer "remember" pages which have been displayed or forms information to help facilitate your browsing of the site. A cookie will NOT permit a Web site operator to learn any personally identifying information about you not entered on the form. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, giving you the opportunity to decide whether to accept it. You can also remove the cookie file from your hard drive at any time.

Web site usage information is anonymous information about our visitors that describes how the Site is used and navigated, including the number and frequency of visitors to each Web page and the length of their stays. Web site usage information does not contain personally identifiable information about any visitor
